1. Confidentiality
Group therapy participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all group discussions and the identities of group members. Participants agree not to disclose any information shared in the group outside of the group context. Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where a participant expresses a desire to harm themselves or others, or in cases where the therapist is legally obligated to disclose information.
2. Attendance and Participation
Participants agree to attend all scheduled group sessions unless there are extenuating circumstances. Participants agree to arrive on time and to be present for the duration of each session. Participants also agree to actively participate in group discussions and to respect the opinions and experiences of other group members.
3. Suitability
Participants have read and understood the criteria needed to join this programme. Participants who join do not meet any of the exclusion criteria (such as having a diagnosis of PTSD, having a dissociative disorder)
4. Fees and Payment
Participants agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for group therapy sessions. Fees are due in full prior to the start of the first session. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any fees paid to enrol or participate in the therapy group. Once you have made your payment, your enrolment in the program is considered final. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from participating in the therapy group as planned. However, due to the limited availability of slots and the resources allocated to each participant, we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to carefully consider your decision to participate in the therapy group before making your payment. 5. Termination
Participants may terminate their participation in the group therapy at any time. The therapist may also terminate the participation of any member who is not abiding by the group therapy agreement or who is disruptive to the group process.
